✨ - How did you come up with the OC's name?
Actually, she was named as Iris first. Then I changed it becuse it doesn't feel like it suits her. Austra came second. Scrapped it and used it on a diff OC that's still cooking in my mind. I thought of Priscilla. Honestly, I don't remember how I came to "think" of it. Have I came across of the name in a movie? A show? On a poster? I don't remember. All I can remember is me testing names inside my head. Like a different OC or another person calling her name.
It's hard to explain but yeah I was dry running names in the back of my mind LMAOOO!! For her last name, Wuest, I got it from this PE lesson we had back in first year I think. Some person last named (i think she was Deborah?) Wuest defined physical education and it clicked. Priscilla Wuest.
Side note: my friend and I adoringly call her Precy because that's typical Filipino nickname for Priscilla 🤣 Which is funny because she's quarter pinoy.
🎯 - What do they do best?
If we're talking about her line of her work, and if you ask her, she'll say she does best in the "front lines", if you consider her powerful abilities. In truth, she does best in espionage, and anything that involves infiltrating opposing organizations to gather intelligence and objects for her own organization.
Considering she grew up around her benefactor (which means she Priscilla grew up around the top brass) who invested in her anomalous abilities, she learned how to play mind-games played by the rich, the aristocrats, important persons-of-interest, learned how little to none she should trust others but herself, how to make her targets and enemies confess their guarded secrets, learned how to buy secrets from them...she was made into their favorite pet and weapon that they could use however and whenever they like. Retrieve intel, buy out that anomalous object in an auction, destroy that building, eliminate this target — all of it she can do.
But if we're talking about normal stuff...then cooking! Albert Lucio, her mentor slash butler slash guardian, has taught her from when she was young. He would let her help around the kitchen when she was finally granted freedom from her containment suite.
✂️ - What is one your OC's worst memories?
Aside from her worst memories from containment, her being associated (keywords: was married/divorced) with Anthony Harrison was the worst. Sure, enduring 15 years of containment and experimetns on her ability and body is nothing, compared to the shame she felt after divorcing Anthony.
It's a long story, but her mistake was believing that she's old and responsible enough to commit and marry him (she's 23 at this time, plenty of consent, but still). Together, they were the best, they accomplish missions exceptionally better than before, to the point that she carried him to the top and almost got rewarded reserved spots in the brass if only he didn't turn out as a sleeper agent for an enemy organization.
From their last conversation, she knew he still loves her, but the betrayal was agonizing. Priscilla is indeed still young, no matter how hardened she was by the people around her.
