Story Time
My sister had mental training for softball today for her team. I have no fuckin clue why they think this is necessary, and no my sister does not have a mental illness. She told me that basically what they did was tell the girls to visualize what they did during certain points of the game, in order to get pumped up. For example: when you are walking up to the plate for batting, you think on how you really really really wanna hit the ball; and that you know you're gonna hit it. Back to my sister, the person in charge of the training asks who is a pitcher on the team, sibling raises her hand along with maybe three other girls. The person in charge asks them, "what do you think when you are about to pitch the ball to the batter?" In the most casual and non-chalant voice you can think of my sister says, this is in front of the whole team, "Kill the Batter". The lady then had a little freak out and then said, "you're right we think in an aggressive way." Sister told me this story when she got home, AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN PROUDER OF HER FOR USING FUCKING MURDER AS AN IMAGE TO GET HER PUMPED UP FOR SOMETHING!!!!
