Hi ther, sorry but I'm a little lot in the ft fandom right now. What did Mashima say about nalu that everyone's comparing it to the "more than friends less than lovers" quote from Kubo? Did he say anything in an interview or sth?

Heyy xDSome time ago (months and such) Mashima stated that he didn’t plan for Nalu to be a romantic couple, but as more than friends, less than lovers.

He might have changed his mind, or not, he likes to tease.

But seeing how many couples he’s been focusing lately, who knows, right? ;)

It’s 10AM right now but at 12:30 I guess I’ll be eating lunch out with the fam since it’s my brother’s birthday week!! He loves Japanese food so we’ll probably be eating at a Japanese restaurant ^w^)

I guess?? Completely trusting someone with everything you have is reasonably terrifying as hell but the concept of it all going well seems great.

I personally leave the spontaneous, cliche love fantasies for my otps though ;;o3o) In real life I’m all for security and moderate independence over what I seem to see in a lot of romance movies and romance subplots - but that’s me I guess????
