I think the thing I like most about Ren is the reality of her situation. Because, like it or not, not all dreams can come true no matter how much you wish for them or how hard you work. I especially like how that centers around her and how the inability of her to fulfill those dreams before turned her into who she is now. Most stories seem to center around characters who can more or less achieve everything they set out to do so this is refreshing.

⋆--Sex Headcanon

((THIS IS ACTUALLY THE FIRST I'VE GOTTEN OF THESE. YESS. I mean. I haven't been wanting to write these, I don't know whaaaat you're talking about.))

Drelia likes the hair-pulling. (or just having her hair played with, in general)She likes to be on top (and will happily wrestle for the position).Drel also has a thing for soft/silky fabrics (don't know if this would really count, but. -shrugs-)

Imma clarify a couple of things with Them, since it's a thing that's come up. Drelia cannot physically put that Keystone down. Nothing bad happens, They don't yell at her for trying or stop her from putting the Stone down, she is just unable to. She can, however, move it to a different place. Usually, she has tied to her hip scarves, that way she can keep it mostly out of sight (she doesn't like advertising the fact that she has these ghosts following her that won't go away). If she needs to move around a lot (or if her clothes are coming off), it gets moved to hanging around her neck, as it's the most convenient place for her to keep it.

There are over 100 spirits contained in that little keystone. All of them were alive at some point in time. Most of them probably had sex during their lives. While a part of Them might be very vocal about the "hey, I'm right here, WATER YOU DOING" thing, I dooon't really think that they would actually do anything to actively prevent Drelia from having sex. It would just be like having an unwelcome audience that may or may not actually be paying attention to you. Granted, Drelia wouldn't be very comfortable with that idea, but considering that They haven't been actively communicating with her until recently, it hasn't been an issue for her yet.

((Oh boy, I bet you weren't expecting this long of an answer XD The thing with Them is another one of those things that I've put waaay too much thought into.))

A foot came swinging and nearly missed Ellyn by an inch.

"Sheesh, hold her down better." Ellyn said annoyed. "Miss Ireni, I know you don't like it, but if you don't get this shot you are almost 100 procent sure to get very sick."

The blonde doctor had been trying to give the girl her flu vaccination for the past 15 minutes. Without succes.

"I don't want it! I don't need it! You're not getting one inch closer to me with that needle." The brunette yelled struggling against her doctor's assistants.

"Well too bad because you are going to get it, whether you like it or not."

When I googled 'Cyneburh' it came up as a girl's name meaning 'famous'. Is there any story behind how you picked it?

Just to be awkward: Fathoms Below. Ren doesn't get enough crack.

Fathoms Below - an AU where our characters are mermaids.

"This... um... what is it?"

Micha studies the object that Ren had brought down from the surface, turning it every which way and peering at it cautiously. She holds it close for a second to get a good inspection before shoving it away.

"Are you sure it's safe?"

Ren snorts, crossing her arms over her chest. "Doesn't matter. It's pretty. I'm sure we'll find a use for it somewhere."

Micha frowns, before giving a flip of her tail and a wide gesture to the underwater room they were in, crammed with row upon row of the rest of Ren's finds. "Ren. Ren. That was what you said when you brought the last one in. And the one before that. And the one before that."

The other mermaid has the decency to look mildly embarrassed. However, she clutches the small statue to her protectively, clearly with no intention of letting it go.

Micha groans, slapping a hand to her face and exhaling a stream of exasperated bubbles.

"OK. OK. We can keep it. Just... tell me what it is. Is it a bird? Or a cloud? Or a cloud bird?"

At this, Ren holds the figurine out at arm's length and studies it. "You know... I really don't know," she finally admits.

Micha groans. "Next time you go up, bring back a catalog. Please."
