It wasn’t the first time something like this had happened, of course, but Mingyu was still miffed. What if he wanted to go buy something nice tomorrow? He wasn’t, but what if? Doyeon was going to milk him dry, he swore. She was just lucky that he knew something like this would happen and brought money, just in case. There was no way he was going to risk starving after Doyeon dragged him away from the ranch, where there was no doubt food already, with promises of noodles.
Mingyu wasn’t sure what noodles she was trying to get with no money, but whatever. He forked over what they owed and grabbed their food, giving her a halfhearted glare. “You’re the worst. I’m suing.”
