in retrospect i should also circle "nothing i like is technically canon" and "better as a dynamic" but the implications here... i actually really love a lot about belphie from a canon standpoint! canon belphie is actually super inspiring and interesting- but just... early canon belphie that would snap you like a glowstick. i love that belphie, especially, and "better as a dynamic" really comes from how much i fkn love roleplaying the little bastard. aaaugh. also sticking him next to any of his brothers is like.... really funny. i love the funny sleep demon, hes my emotional support monstrosity
