I don’t know about you, but this lack of structure is getting to me. I stay awake until 4 a.m., wake up some time around 10 a.m., lay in bed and watch some yt or a tv show or browse the web and before you know it’s 1 p.m. and I haven’t eaten breakfast. I’m behind on my work and feel guilty about it, which fuels more into the not being able to sleep part of the day.
