The Picnic II Drizella and Jeliza
Jeliza was waiting at the spot by the water where the note on her basket said to meet. Stretching a little bit, she couldn’t help but look at her reflection in the water. She slowly started tying her hair in a braid, thinking about the person she was sharing this picnic with. She had met the girl before, at the event. She was surprised at how much the girl had payed for her basket. Giving a smirk, the red head started going through her purse.
Thinking of the many way the day could go, Jeliza pulled out some makeup and a compact mirror so she could reapply her lipstick. The only real information she knows about the girl is that she was a fan of poetry, lucky for Jeliza. As the bright eyed girl leaned back, she could see the basket winner coming towards her. Taking a step forward, Jeliza gave a kind laugh.
“I thought you were going to bid once,” she joked, walking over to the girl. “Not that I mind, I get to know a bit more about you and I raised some money for Fire & Ice.” Jeliza took the basket from the girl. “Here, I’ll get this,” she insisted, setting the basket in the grass and opening it. She grabbed the floral blanket she made herself from one end of the basket and started to lay it on the grass. “What made you wanna get this basket?”
