Commentators referring to one of the benches ( I couldn’t hear which) as a “stable of thoroughbreds”???????
My message to every damned hockey commentator.
Braden Holtby. 6'2", so not enormous by today's goaltending standards. 210 pounds [...] and that's why he's a workhorse [...] He’s not just a workhorse. He’s a thoroughbred.
Fox Sports Detroit commentators re: Braden Holtby
Use those 6 inches between your ears, maybe 7 or 8.
Bob Errey talking about Kris Letang
Conner Sheary has that long stick and knows how to use it.
Steigy
Get it deep and bang the D.
Jay Caufield, Pens Commentator
American hockey commentators do way more announcing then Canadian ones, right? Because I don’t remember having this much commentary when I used to get CBC up at school. Add this to the list of things that Canada absolutely gets right.
