Taking a quick glance to the old silver watch strapped to his wrist, Kyungsoo began to pick up his pace into a light jog after realizing the time. He was now kicking himself for taking those few extra minutes of sleep. "Ten more minutes" he muttered to himself that morning, completely forgetting to reset the reminder in his exhausted state. Those ten minutes somehow managed to transform themselves into an additional fifty. Now he was running late for his shift—fuck. With his focus solely on moving his feet faster and racing against the clock, the people, buildings, and all of his surroundings that he usually took the time to observe now only looked like a blur of various different hues to him—some greys, whites, and the occasional greens and blues. Between letting a few more curses slip through his lips and taking another glance to the watch his advancing strides were suddenly cut off, hit by a large mass, causing his bag to slip from his shoulders and stumble back a couple of steps. He groaned out a brief apology before beginning picking himself and his belongings up from the ground, knowing well he must've bumped into someone in his haste. There was a loud clattering sound heard amidst the crash, but after a quick mental survey of his bag's contents he was fairly certain he hadn't be the sound of anything inside getting damaged.
Brushing the dirt that collected from his uniform with a swift swipe of his palm, he immediately outreached the opposite one to the stranger in an offer of assistance. "S-Sorry about that!" Looking down to meet the other with an apologetic smile, he couldn't help but to notice a bit to their left what he could only assume was what fell during their impact. Now a bit mangled, beside the other on the white concrete lay what looked like an expensive laptop—Shit.
