I have written a fanfic for you with the pairing of Onodera x Takano

Underneath the Mistletoe

In the winter season whereas the holidays is celebrating with family and friends. Whether it’ll be decorating the Christmas tree, exchanging gifts, or kissing love ones underneath the mistletoe. A kiss under a mistletoe is an act of romance but also a desire to be kissed by the ones who capture your heart and soul. Though some won’t even admit their feelings for the other person whom they have fallen in love. For example, Onodera Ritsu has been denying his feelings for a certain editor in chief, Takano Masamune. The two male adult has recently dated back to their high school year but suddenly broke up due to a misunderstanding. Now a decade has flown by, the raven-haired man wants to give them another chance while the brunette the refuse to.

Some may say that Ritsu is just acting stubborn by refusing to accept the fact that he still loves Masamune. There wasn’t the exact reason to be in fact. The actual reasons is that Ritsu is too afraid to try all over again with Masamune since what if they break up again due to another misunderstanding. What if they’re not meant for each other? Ritsu couldn’t bear the thought of losing Masamune for the second time.The brunette loved the raven-haired man too much to even lose him for the second time. He just couldn’t handle love anymore if he lost Masamune again.

The winter breeze was blown across the city causing the brunette shiver by the coldness. Rubbing his bare hands together in order to keep them slightly warm. Ritsu would’ve brought gloves of his own but instead, he didn’t since he assume the weather wasn’t that cold. The brunette held his hands tightly to his chest in order to keep them warm. Though it was better to say than that to be done. Ritsu fingers were started to fall asleep due to the coldness of the weather which also doesn’t help with the brunette wearing a light sweater. The brunette continues to shiver while walking through the park which was close to his building complex.

Why didn’t you wear your other sweater?!, Ritsu scolded to himself. Despite shivering through the cold weather the brunette was determined to go back home and see Masamune again. The thought of seeing Masamune smiling and hugging him tightly in his warm arms. Ritsu smiles brightly just by his imagination when suddenly an object was draped around his shoulders. Snapping out of his thoughts Ritsu looked to see Masamune standing right before him.

“...Masamune...” Ritsu whispers quietly

“You idiot,...what are you doing out here in the cold by yourself?” Masamune question while gently placing his jacket on Onodera shoulders

Masamune was about to take Ritsu frozen hands but instead, the brunette slowly backed again since his heart was beating rapidly. The brunette blush slightly as he still felt Masamune jacket draping over his shoulders in order to keep him warm. Soon Onodera blush even more when noticing a recognizable item hanging on one of the branches. A small mistletoe hanging upon the brunette and the raven haired man. Masamune soon caught notice of the mistletoe hanging on the tree branch which causes him to chuckle lightly.

“Merry Christmas, Ritsu” Masamune whispers before pressing his lips to Ritsu forehead. The brunette heart began pounding against his chest rapidly. The feeling of Masamune lips on his forehead cause his heart to skip a beat or two. Ritsu will never get tired of the raven-haired man kisses no matter how many years will pass by in their lives.  It’s was better to tell him now or he won’t ever get another chance again.  

Ritsu gently held onto Masamune while feeling the heat excessing through the course from head to toes. Looking deeply into the raven-haired golden amber eyes with his own emerald green eyes. Ritsu could look nowhere else before placing his lips on Masamune’s. The kiss brought a slight electrical shock through bother men’s body as it was the purest touch they have ever experienced. Takano didn’t hesitate to kiss Onodera touch since he dearly waited for the younger male to confess his love to him.

The kiss is filled with love and passion instead of lust and greed as always. The kiss seems to be endless before both males pull away in a need of air. They both hug each other’s tightly as there was no need to express any words. They both knew what they wanted to say at the moment but neither said it since the kiss speaks for both of them.

Soon the young couple kisses each other again underneath the mistletoe of Christmas Eve.
