This has nothing to do with BTS and it's a heavy one, so be warned.
I don't know how many of you watched Sara's videos, but her videos helped introduce me to Korea.
Hyun, her partner, just came online to tell us that on September 1st Sara passed away from Leukemia, which she was battling for the past few months.
She was a beautiful girl with a beautiful soul that fell in love with Korea and then found love in Korea.
She was young and healthy, until she wasn't.
It was a shock to hear she was ill, so ill she had to return to Australia to be with her family. She battled the disease for several months, but sadly her body just gave up on her.
I'm sitting here crying my eyes out.
I didn't know Sara personally, but I kind of do feel like I did, and since I've heard the news I just can't process it.
What I do know, even more so now (every time something like this happens it's like a wake up call, a reminder) is that we need to live our lives to the fullest. Not take it for granted. Be positive. Be good.
Rest in peace Sara.
