I was thinking the same. But I think a hug is really OOC at the moment. I think it’ll happen, though. Just not yet. Probably towards the end of the season or end of first half.
Ah yes you are totally right Laura. The writers and the showrunner know the characters' emotional state pretty well, and I trust them completely. it isn't the right time yet, and I am glad they are keeping if for now (I STILL HAVE A PHYISICAL NEED OKAY) I guess after the midseason finale, or, after they will fix the MoC that we still have to deal with (notion: Dean hasn't killed yet since the cure. not once. I am anxious about this becuase it will happen eventually even if he is very cautious. and then we are so going to cry our eyes out because the MoC and it's effects....)
