Ingredients: 2 lbs beef stew meat. 1 onion, chopped. 3 carrots, sliced. 3 potatoes, diced. 2 cups beef broth. 1 can diced tomatoes. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put all the ingredients in a bag that can be closed again. Get rid of the extra air, seal, and freeze. Let it thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking. Put everything into a slow cooker. Let it cook on low for eight hours, or until the meat is soft.
