I am using a refined coconut oil (you can use this or cold pressed/refined sunflower or sesame oil, coconut oil is a little better to bear for me)
1 tablespoon, first thing after waking up (NO BRUSHING/WATER/FOOD)
Swish for AT LEAST 10 minutes (15-20 is recommended)
spit out, brush your teeth
Repeat this daily for two weeks to start seeing results

There are a ton of youtube videos and websites explaining the benefits and how this works. Basically, oil is a pulling agent. It pulls things, so it should just pull out all the grossness out of your mouth right? RIGHT! Who's to say if it actually works or if its just a little theory, either way, coconut milk has antibacterial and anti fungal properties making it very healthy to put in your mouth. At the very least, you will have wasted twenty minutes swishing something healthy around your mouth.
As for taste, the gross part goes away after the first minute or two, no worries! I'm actually passing my twenty minutes by doing this! 3 more to go!
PLEASE let me know if any of you plan on doing this, I will most likely be creating a temporary page to track my first two weeks, and if i see dramatic results, keep that page forever!
