If it's not related to job training, you shouldn't have to do it. Hazing is nonsense. Tell them no. If they persist, report them and move on.

Don't put up with that bullshit. I know it's easy to say, but they're trying to socialize you as "one of the guys", and if you do, then they'll think you're ok with everything they do.
(I thought I’d reply to everyone here instead of all separate replies. But yeah the entire thing is bullshit and I’m not putting up with it anymore. I’ve gotta go see if the other shop will take me. Everyone I’ve talked to has said its bullshit. I don’t know why I put up with it for so long. I guess I thought I was stronger or a better apprentice because I stayed, but it’s just not worth it.
