just people make me mad they’re so dumb this fucking family came into my pet store and they needed new shit for their puppy, right? and we do this thing where we give 10% off if you buy two puppy items, 15% if you buy three, and 20% if you buy four or more right.
so this family gets exactly four items (what the fuck you have a PUPPY why the fuck you only getting four things??????) and one of them was food. and food isn’t included in this offer right? so technically it was only three items. so I told them that and they were like “oh but can’t you just do it anyways?” LIKE NO FUCK U UR NOT SPECIAL
and they kept bugging me about it and made me call my manager even though i said she’s not gonna let me do it. but they were making me so uncomfortable because they kept asking so I called my manager and she didn’t answer. so I went “oh, she didn’t answer so..yeah” and they went “…..so you can’t give it to us?” and i went “no i’m not authorized to do that, and the puppy food isn’t apart of it” and the dad went “but it’s PUPPY food” ……fuck off oh my god
so the got a teething toy and that made four items so i gave them the 20% off
BY THE WAY THE MOM WAS SO AWFUL she kept saying how she doesn’t want the dog and that she’s going to wear ear plugs for when it barks. ……like get the fuck out of my store you don’t deserve a dog

finally they fuckin leave and ten minutes later the mom comes back saying she forgot pee pads. and i was like aight. and she was like “so, I’m getting 20% off this too, right?” and I was like “um…no? it’s not included” and she was like “but i was just here just give it to me, or just call your manager and ask her” and I kept saying my manager isn’t going to let me do it because like. the 20% off was 20% off the ENTIRE purchase. not every item. and she wanted 20% off one item anD THE PEE PADS WERE ALREADY FUCKING 20% OFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
but she kept hammering me so I called my manager, she didn’t answer. so I go “my managers not answering and I really can’t authorize this so” and she kept fucking bitching about it but I told her like, there’s nothing I can do. so I rang the purchase through and right after the phone rang and she went “that’s probably your manager now” and I went “yeah, haha” and I purposely didn’t pick up the phone but she kept fucking staring at me so I did and it was my manager.
so I explained to her what happened and all the fucking time this fucking dumb hoe kept going ‘CAN SHE GIVE IT TO ME? DO IG ET THE 20%????” LIKE NO BITCH SHUT UP I ALREADY SAID NO BECAUSE THAT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE. and I kept shaking my head no because my manager was talking to me aND SHE KEPT FUCKING ASKING LIKE OH MY GOD SHUT UP
finally I said no and she took her shit and left without a word
