Artist's Mind

So I'm going through my art and realize, I don't truly draw enough Pokeshippy pictures; such as kissy, huggy, flirty, etc.

I think the only way I can excuse myself is by explaining, my drawings are the "before it gets to the good part" scene. I set the moment for how they are interacting. I should probably draw more scenes that follow after the initial one I post and I never think about why some people don't understand why I draw them how I draw them.

Well now you know. LOL

However, I will try my best to make more canon-shippy art!

Maybe I should start with allowing my followers to request a certain idea that they would love to see drawn in my style?

I will open up 3 spaces for people to send me a fluffy idea for Ash and Misty to be drawn in! The first 3 in a row will be accepted. Only one idea per person please! However, if one of you ask for the same idea someone else requested, I will give you a chance to change your idea!

I will post results so that everyone knows I've accepted 3 requests. This should help my brain change to fluff XD

I can't lineart with it very well but it makes coloring easier!

I've found the glove makes gliding over my tablet smoother but it's a bit slippery when linearting, so I tend to screw up lines using it. I am happy with it though!

For anyone that thinks I trace my character art, you're right about the pokemon b/c I don't draw Pokemon often. The only Pokemon I can draw without tracing are Togepi and Pikachu.

Other than that, I challenge you to find a picture of Ash that resembles my art (as in a particular pose) and try to match up the lines. It will be impossible, so to tell you the truth. I do not trace Ash. Time goes in to my art!
