The newest version of Google's Play Store, 4.0, finally started rolling out to Android devices today, but someone somewhere(not sure who exactly, but all the credit goes to this individual) made the Play Store 4.0 .APK available for everyone to download, install, and enjoy RIGHT AWAY!
And as expected, this new version of the Play Store is as glorious and beautifully redesigned as all the pictures that have been posted everywhere suggested.
I honestly didn't think the Holo theme could look this freakin' awesome, until I updated to Play Store 4.0!
If you have an Android device running at least Android 2.2+, then you can go ahead and download/install the .APK file from here: Droid-Life!
All you gotta do is locate the .APK file on your Android-powered device(usually your Downloads folder), click it, then allow it to install right over your existing Play Store and voilà, Play Store 4.0 in all its Holo themed glory!!
