who wakes up first in the morning — chase usually. eventually, val/entina starts making it a point to wake up earlier than him just so he’s not always waking them up.
who’s the first to fall asleep at night — it varies depending on how they’re feeling. some nights it’s chase, others it’s val/entina.
what they playfully tease each other over — val/entina teases chase over using aim assist when they never have to while chase teases them for always carrying so many knives around. it gets to the point where chase warns anyone to not piss them off because of how many knives they have, on top of their skills as a sharpshooter.
what they do when the other’s having a bad day — val/entina usually just gets quiet & doesn’t say anything when it’s a bad day for them but chase figures it out on his own. he knows that dancing always lifts their spirits so he offers to dance with them. when it’s chase, val/entina stays close whether they’re leaning against him, have their arm around him, etc. they also offer to play siege with chase after figuring out how much he loves the game.
how they say ‘i’m sorry’ after arguments — chase apologizes with a hand on their shoulder or a kiss to their forehead followed by a hug; val/entina apologizes (sometimes in russian) with a hug & resting their forehead against his. there’s always some small form of physical contact when they apologize to each other.
which one’s more ticklish — val/entina, surprisingly. they made chase swear that they’d never tell anyone how ticklish they are, not even cammie.
their favourite rainy day activities — sitting on one of the lifts in the hangars that’s closest to the one of the landing pads & just talking about whatever’s going on in their lives, even talking about their pasts as well. other times they go on dates in the ether.
how they surprise each other — val/entina surprises him with cookies or making him his favorite foods whenever they get the chance to cook. chase somehow surprises them with new knives or other accessories.
their most sickening shows of public affection — kissing before & after getting into their g.en:lock pods, then again randomly if they pass each other in the hall while going to other places around the base with the occasional forehead touch.
