A vorta oc Relaan. They like 'being creative' which means making hideous clothing designs/ drawings and attempting to sell it off. They're better at being a trader. I've been wanting to complete a design of them but I'll be starting from scratch If I do.

partially complete versions of the outfits. I wanted to make some noisy patterns for both designs but creating them is a lot of work, I kinda burnt out brainstorming. Below is the pattern I made in clipstudio using a 4 way symmetry tool then converting into a material that allowed me to set it to repeat automatically.
