Holy Smokes BBQ Beef Brisket Wagyu Brisket Pork Ribs Mac & Cheese Coleslaw Cilantro Creamed Corn with Paprika I am really glad we have more resto options serving smoked barbecue meats in the metro. The brisket and ribs were fork tender and average moist. If you're a fan of the bacon with the cut beaming of fat, then you'll enjoy their carmelized smoked version. They have great 3 sauces to choose from: original, sweet & tangy and spicy. To mix and slather however I want was the sauce to be was just liberating to my palate. I read somewhere (sorry forgot the source) that they used starapple and santol wood in their smoker and the choices of wood were good enough to get that smokey flavor in the meats. It even made me smile when I saw the smoke ring - a stamp of good ol' slow cooking! I was surprised of the serving sizes of the sides as their "small" which typically is "large" in other restos. I would have wanted the coleslaw to have thicker sauce but the sides that we tried were pretty decent to accompany the Barbie. Definitely a place to visit again to try other dishes - chicken, nachos, poutine and sandwiches! 👍👍 #miakeflog #wheninmanila #DiscoverMNL #discoverManila #DiscoverFoodSeries #SpotMyFood #ManilaEats #wheretoeatph #whattoeatph #foodpost #foodporn #foodphography #foodphoto #holysmoke #holysmokebbq #smokedbbq #brisket #wagyu #porkribs #bacon #macandcheese #coleslaw #creamedcorn
