The first image is the five rooms of the Bowery Gang.
Lace's stands in the top right, dominated with green and white. The bed is a stand-in for a literal nest of blankets that she's slept in for years, upon a mattress that keeps her body from giving out. The floor is dominated by carpets as many of the rooms and second floor are due to insufficient heating and concrete floors. There is also a writing desk to align with her enjoyment of writing.
Below Lace's across from the small bathroom, stands Glory's. Her bed is a foldout sort, and her room is largely reds and blacks. Her windows are most beloved, and she has an art easel set up beside one to allow her to better paint images she's seen on her travels across the rooftops.
Bottom left is Victor's, who has some work out equipment in his room. Lots of blues and pinks as well, and a full length mirror to admire how much he's changed through natural hormones rather than Lace's reality warped ones.
Up from Victor's sits Felix's, bright and airy with his fiddle sitting proudly to let him practice whenever he needs to. A smaller bed because he rarely has need for more than the basic bedding needs, and his room sits opposite the stairs down and the bathroom.
And lastly, between Felix and Lace is Ellis's, who has their windows covered always. Their carpets tend toward blacks and purples, with a bed with canopy for even more darkness, and a bit of mechanical project for their tinkering at night.
All rooms have some books because what else will they do but read at times?
The second image is a front view of the icy covered Bowery Building as it stands currently in the Sims, but it stands as well as a very good representation of the three floors of the building, as well as the rooftop with telescope they "acquired" somewhere.
Lastly is the actual maps of the general area around which the Bowery gang spends a great deal of their time. Their home at 88 Broad Street, the Hospital down the road, as well as Rowe's Wharf, which stands as Fisher's Wharf in their world, where Daisy (Lace's love)'s father runs his business.
