Trying to strengthen and lengthen my nails. In order to do this I have been using a nail thickener and keeping my nails polished as long as possible. It’s helping. I also learned that it’s better to file the nails rather than cut them. Apparently cutting them makes them weaker? I had no idea. Glass files also seem to work the best. #homemanicures #lacolors #nailaid #glassnailfile #relaxing #julep # The #topcoat it a gel topcoat from @ciatelondon and it works great!
