❝located high in the hills, it is considered one of the most luxurious homes in the area and it's not even done yet! the couple are having about $50 thousand worth of remodeling being completed and will fully move in by the end of the summer time.❞ cost: $200,000 (modern day in this cr is upwards $2,000,000)
the mansion's amentities include;
• an eight-car garage with a service lift and carwash unit. (for mike's ever expanding car collection)
• electrically operated gate that has a tv camera both outside and inside. it also cannot be opened unless by inside the car or in the house.
• 60 ft pool that is half indoor and half outdoor.
• sound studio for both recording and playback.
• electrically operated doors which can be turned on or off. (i don't understand the purpose but he's all about the 'high tech' of it all)
• and an icecream bar and soda fountain that rio adores so far. not typically used but when we have get togethers at the house with the guys, it's always open and ready.
note. the house is still under construction in my dr, we have sort of moved in(?) but they are still working on other amentities like the pathway and the other side of the house which is an entertainment spot. i'll update about it when i shift and see it myself. these pics are very alike to how it looked here back then but there are few changes to reflect mine and hubby's personal style and choices there. before here, we lived in laurel canyon while he was purchasing the place and getting most of the more frequented rooms fixed up. they typically work on it when we aren't home like away from holidays and such or on tour in other cities.
