classifying their rocks today after learning about the 3 types of rocks • (we’re in the DK First Encyclopedia of Earth now.. and really loving the National Geo Kids Rocks and Minerals Book..). . . they’ve been collecting different kinds of rocks for quite a while.. so they enjoyed dumping out their bin and finding examples of the 3 types: igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary.
