would you mind telling me about your meetings with them? my bf and i are looking at dog breeds to make a top 5 list (what breeds we’re familiar with/which ones we want to learn about) and they’re on the list
As said I’ve really only ever met a small handful, and they were at a dog show where I went “oh a vallhund” after spotting them across the show floor and thinking they were offbrand corgis initially, and their owner went “wow no one ever knows what they are” and they looked at me and kinda wiggled and that was it. Sorry I couldn’t be more specific! They are another breed that doesn’t interest me much and isn’t super common in my area, so I don’t really see them a lot or seek them out.
hi! i know this might seem like a weird question/request, but i just saw your post on dr. pol. i actually just moved to where critter fixers is located, needed a vet, and the research i did on them seemed good. somehow missed they had an entire show...but anyway. i’ve taken both my cat and dog there and the vet i’ve met w/ seems good so far. but i was curious, if you hear or see anything about them, could you tag me in it/send it my way/know how i can keep track? i don’t want to end up supporting a practice if similar things/frequent issues pop up like with dr. pol and i’m not sure where/how to keep an eye on things, either, other than like...google reviews or something. hope you’re staying safe!! (2/2)
By going to this vet, interacting with them, and having a greater than 0% chance of watching their TV show, you are probably going to know more about them and their standard of care than I ever will.
