The sticky, sweet, savory, and spicy honey glaze on these gluten-free sweet and spicy honey lacquered ribs gives them the perfect mix of flavors. The pork ribs are soft and covered in the glaze.
Ingredients: 3 lbs pork ribs. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Green onions, sliced for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 300F 150C. In a bowl, mix honey, gluten-free soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush the ribs with the honey mixture on both sides. Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours. After 2 hours, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 425F 220C. Baste the ribs with the remaining honey mixture and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the ribs are nicely lacquered and caramelized. Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes. Slice the ribs, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
