Sleeping Kanon
So I just discovered Little Monica’s Honey Harmony Lucile, and boy does this head-sculpt look like Volks Yo-SD Kanon! I’m holding my Kanon up to my computer screen and turning her face this way and that against all the Lucile pictures I can find. The main difference I see for certain is the curve of the cheeks/ jawline - Lucile is puffier/ rounder. A Chinese-language owner’s blog I found says that they look like sisters except that Lucile’s head is slightly smaller (Lucile is 17.8cm around according to Little Monica’s website, and I measured Kanon at 18.1cm).
Which is good since I think the closed-eyed Lucile head part available on Little Monica’s website would be a great sleeping head for Kanon! Then my Kanon (currently going by “Sui’) can nap with her friend Laurie (Yo-SD Anne Sweet Dream). ^^ I’ll have to research if the Little Monica head will fit on the Volks body.
P/S: Funny how I get excited over a sleeping head for “Sui”, but I’ve never wanted an awake head for Laurie. XD I’ve just never been attracted to the regular Yo-SD Anne/ Piccolo (with a few couple of notable exceptions, such as kakodoll’s Piccolo). Her sleeping sculpt, though, in my less-than-impartial opinion, is a veritable work of art.
