Can i use baking soda to exfoliate my skin? also for the 40 day detox can I just add lemon and apple cider vinegar without the honey will I still get the same effects?
yes put it in a bath. you can also use epsom salts, essential oil, and edible flowers. No the honey and molasses play a major role. (if you omit honey as a vegan, it is essential that you replace it with molasses) X
