I got it on eBay, a random seller that seems to usually sell football shirts had Yukos & Kojiharus, and I managed to win the auction. I had no idea if it was real or not (I got it at a great price) but it seems real and high quality. He hasn't had any others since I got this (I have been checking just incase a Matsui comes up) but as he sent it like super fast post it hasn't been long. Sorry thats not really much help to you ;_; 

Teamwota has some info on them here you can either use an agent to get it through the website or teamwota can order it for you. They are expensive though ;;
