Today, May 6th, 2018 marks my 13th anniversary since chest surgery. Chest surgery was the first step that I took in my transition. It is surreal to think back to my life before and am thankful for what chest surgery has brought me. While being shirtless is pretty rare for me (even inside my own home) it is always amazing to feel the sun on my skin and a chest that was always meant to be part of me. #topsurgery #transman #ryansallans #ftm #outdoors #honoryourtruths #sundayfunday #transgender
