so when i first got my computer back from hp, i was using it for a bit and it randomly shut down. like the day i got it back.
and it did it again just now..
and honestly.. i’m not even sure they tried fixing it? cos when they sent me my computer they gave me a “report” and it basically just said it was fixed and the noise was due to a fan issue (true) but it didn’t say anything about the computer randomly restarting itself or the fact that it glitches on web pages sometimes??
so what do i do?
