Network Members Page and Chat

So I did some html work, saved a new url, linked a lot, looked through themes, and made a couple icons and headers, and now the Hooked On A Feeling Network has both a network page and a chat blog, the latter to which all members will be added so that we can all talk. The chat blog will also be password protected once the members are chosen, so that all of our conversations will be private
