I did the Sienna art trend I've been seeing on Tiktok. I tapped to my childhood memories/youth and made sure to represent every animated/drawn media I was consuming in each period of my life. From the cartoons I watched on TV as a kid, the shoujo mangas I was obsessed with in middle school, the webtoons I was reading throughout high school, the shounen animes I grew up with, and the BL series I read before sleeping to cope with adulthood... They're all represented here with pure love.

They say, "We often choose our favorite characters because we see ourselves in them." Perhaps I was the kid who was struggling to accept herself and found comfort in characters who faced their fears/weaknesses and grew past all of that... Much to think about.
