⚠🚩WARPING AFTER SHIPPING OR BEING COLLAPSED IS COMPLETELY NORMAL AND EASY TO FIX THERE IS NO REASON TO RETURN OR ASK FOR A REFUND FOR SOMETHING THAT'S EASILY FIXED BY YOU.🚩⚠ ➡Before I ship my orders,I lay all hoops flat on the ground and check for any misshapen spots as well as for a flush, tight connection. If my hoops don't have that, they get entirely remade. So for people to message me and complain that their hoop is not "perfectly round" when they unpack it is frustrating, I EVEN SEND A SHEET OF RESHAPING INSTRUCTIONS!!! I KNOW I shipped a perfect circle, and I know coiling for shipping will cause it to warp a small amount which is why I INCLUDE thorough INSTRUCTIONS for reshaping any parts that are misshapen. It comes with being a somewhat experienced hooper to know how to rework your tubing.. But its really easy and there's zero reason to ever return a hoop for this or to complain about it. I've done this with hundreds of hoops and tightly wound coils of tubing. The 100ft coils of bulk tubing comes as a 12" coil (sometimes smaller depending where you buy from) and when it ships out I coil it to 18" or 20", so its not how tightly its collapsed, its about whether you know how to work with the tubing. Warped or misshapen (from travel or collapsing hoops) are EXTREMELY EASY TO FIX! all you do is put the hoop in direct sunlight (OR IN A HEATED ROOM) on hot, flat concrete when its at least 75 (preferably 85 to 90 if inside with a heater) degrees outside for two or more hours. The hoop shown only took one hour to fix in the warm weather (CAN BE DONE WITH HEATER) You can't fix a kink or a crack but don't you fret over it being misshapen because that can be fixed! All you do is lay it flat on concrete in direct sunlight for a few hours, if its stubborn put books on it to hold it flat. then you come back to a warm, easily shapeable and flat hoop. Also, where the holes are drilled has nothing to do with the bend in the tubing, I don't match my holes up and typically do the push button on the side and rivet on the top. #hooplove #hoopla #hulahoops #infinitecircles #unityofthehulahoopers #hoopersofig #hoopersofinstagram #hoopspam #hoopporn
