Gail is one of my favourite hoopers in the world, she has a sick flow and you can probably get better at hooping just by being around her, like osmosis.
Or at least that's what I'm hoping. After a day of workshops with her today though I think she broke me! My mind is racing, full of pops, breaks, rolls and throws, I can't wait to put them all into practice!
