We discussed issues surrounding inactivity. Whilst it's fine not to make the chats, especially when it was at such short notice, I have realised that there are certain members who never contribute, which makes getting things done very hard. Eventually, I'd like to make this blog an advice/inspirational one, but I don't think that it's going to be possible until I know that there are members willing to contribute. As an incentive, there will be a member of the month every month, who will be put first on the list, and made bold, and also will be promoted by us all at least once in that month. There will also be a discussion about members who are absolutely never active, and these members may have to be removed from the network, as it isn't fair on the others who work hard to ensure that they're online.
Please send me a private message if you have any issues with the points raised, and ensure that you have followed the instructions above.
