                      not a shadow. yeah, right. luke hadn’t seen the droid leave cassian’s side for days. any time he passed the man or exchanged ‘hello’s he found kaytoo always lingering about. even if the trio hadn’t even managed to have a proper conversation until today. yet lips purse in slight surprise at the joke, not quite realizing that it had, in fact, been a joke. cassian should really work on that... though, a smile is quick to take over his features, lighting up luke’s face like the twin suns on tatooine. “ STILL — my little artoo unit can’t be bothered to stick around with me all day. the thing’s too independent to bother. though, threepio likes leia better and tends to stick to her side ‘stead of mine. ”
