Not criticizing, just curious, why does Underfell Papyrus have eye-lights but Undertale Papyrus does not?

I’m not sure lol. I used to draw Fell without any eye-lights and it changed one day for him to have eye lights, it seems to be random which Papyruses have em and which ones don’t lol
