Yer a horcrux, Harry
Tom Riddle’s Diary
Originally owned by Tom Riddle himself, the diary originally functioned as his school diary in his time at Hogwarts. The diary was the first item to be transformed into a horcrux by Lord Voldemort. It was created between September and December in 1943. In order to create the horcrux, Myrtle was killed. The diary was chosen as an object due to the personal nature of it. It was destroyed via Basilisk Fang by Harry Potter in May of 1993.

30 Day Harry Potter Challenge: Day 10, Horcruxes or Hallows
Hallows
Well, for a start, who on earth would actually choose Horcruxes? Apart from Voldemort, obviously. I don't want to die, but it happens to everyone and it's just one of those things we all have to accept. Plus there's the method of making a Horcrux; we don't know what it is, but that's because JKR decided it's so horrible she couldn't put it in the books. Given the tone of Deathly Hallows, which contained torture, murder, a guy bleeding out on the floor and the beginnings of a potential genocide, I think we can safely say that making a Horcrux is pretty brutal and er... morally questionable.
I'm not even especially keen on all the Hallows, but I'd take those over being a spiritually unstable paranoid embodiment of evil any day.
