I have this habit of writing the most ridiculous cardio for myself on Mondays. it always looks so easy on paper and then I do it and wanna die. today: focus squats and bench squats goal: (150lb x5) x3 bench goal: (95lb x5) x3 so I got through those and then did a 5-7-9-11-9-7-5 ladder with ring rows, box jumps, and tire flips in 19 minutes. death.
