'Childlike'
Trainees were woken up by their title song "X1-MA" and by an announcement of Kwon Eunbi (IZ*ONE) for their "Body Class". In this Class, trainees were trained to improve stamina and endurance. The box jump, intended for testing their leg muscles and endurance had three levels, 75cm, 100cm and 120cm. Cho Seungyoun was the only one who finished all the three levels. Isn't he amazing?

WORKOUT A: CrossFit Strength - 15 min: 1st min: 5 Wide Grip Bench (165#) 2nd: 10 barbell Bicep Curl (85#) 3rd: 3 High Box Jump (36-inches) MetCon: 15 minutes - 1 Lap Heavy Stone (80#) - 10 Pull-ups - 30 Double-unders >>> Finished 4 RDS + 2 reps I definitely could've gotten more but doing so many pull-ups after yesterday's workout was a challenge. ====================== WORKOUT B: Oly 20 min to failure: 1 power squat clean >>> Worked up to 180 20 min - 4 x 1 Squat Clean >>> Worked up to 185 20 min - Work up to a heavy Split-Jerk without compromising form >>> Worked up to 195# >>>> PR!!!!!! I actually didn't even know I had beat my jerk PR but given that my clean is now 205 I shouldn't be surprised.
