What is it with movies and fake blood placement?

It's never accurate..ever. He got hit in the back an somehow there's blood on the top left corner of his forehead...really?

If I ever make a movie, my people are doing serious injury research. I want blood flowing from the right places and in the right quantities. If there is a wound on his forehead, it's going to gush in fuckin streams over that poor actor's eye cuz that's how it's done. Our blood budget is going to be enormous. And if glass or mines is involved, gods help the guy who's going to be laden down with random shards of shit in his body.

And While I'm on this rant, who'd like to do a zombie or monster movie where the hero is the monster/flesh lover? I want the humans to crumble, damnit! No more soppy survival stories, give me the new era. I embrace is willingly ;D
