Thats Horse Stan's Mabel. I'm calling it! Thats her.
Because in horse Stan canon Mabel is a horse headed minotaur. She is! She's got a horse head! Her twin brother is a centaur! Their dad is has horse ears but is otherwise completely human in appearance and function!
