Just remembering today that I was at a party with some friends and my friend jokingly said "it's because you're a witch" to me when her 7 year old son interrupts and says "she's not a witch she doesn't fly on a broom". My instant reply was "because I have a flying horse" and then showed him and his 5 year old friend jumping pictures. Both of them are completely convinced I am a witch who rides a flying horse now and that's honestly the best thing ever.

Would you folks by chance know of any resources about any sort of magic that is specifically horse-related?

I don't have any specific resources for horses, but it seems to me that it would be pretty easy to use other standardized magical practices with your horse. You could braid their mane and use knot magic while doing that. You could put sigils on your saddle pads, or even possibly on the undersides of your bridle or breast collar. You could also hang things from the bridle or saddle that are magically charged (such as tassles). You could paint your horses hooves and put magix into that. Or place sigils under your bell boots, if you use them.

I think there are lots of ways to use "standard" magic and apply it to a horse's gear. It's just a matter of figuring out what type of result you're wanting and what works best for you :>
