hot cocoa tut okay you take your MILK. not water and you put a splash of vanilla extract and throw that thang in the michael wave fir a minute and you take your mug and throw some that swiss miss in it likr a 4th cup ish
then you pour that milk in if you got a milk frother use it and you mix it
then you put the marshmellos whipped cream whatevrr but finish it off by sprinkling a little more of the mix on top
bam there you go ignore the hair im working on a wig
