I did a (ugly) graphic to explain to my friends and static where to hide from hot tail and the bombs during Nidhogg Extreme 2nd pattern. I thought I should share in case it helps someone else.

Spot where the 2nd set of bombs spawns and run to the opposite corner.

Drop the eyes in the corner and hide on the side.

Wait for the middle bombs to explode.

Run under Nidhogg up to his hind legs.

Run in the direction to the wall, to be safer, aim slightly to the tail direction.
