Hot Black Sauce 250ml Black Sauce, often called Outback Sauce, is commonly known as Worstershire Sauce. We use a delicious recipe for this sauce base and then we have added some chilli powder and crushed chillis to this one to add a bit of a bite. We love Black Sauce. It is the amazing flavour boost to your bacon and eggs - I love it with sausages or meatballs, but to be honest, it is a delight with any meat dish.
