Day127: Chicken Masala. A sweet friend from India--knowing my love for Indian food--gave me several packets of spices to make my own. That was early summer, and I just now worked up the courage to try one. The recipe was not difficult, and the flavors were good, but it did NOT match hers. It was also flaming hot🔥 and I only used 1/3 of one packet.😳 I served it with fresh tomatoes, plain yogurt, black beans, and naan to cool it off, but we could've used a tub of yogurt.🌬 I'm just glad I didn't toss the whole packet in there as I'd originally planned!🚑😉 #indianfood #chickenmasala #easydinners #hotdinners #its5oclockmom
